A proud U.S. Army veteran who enlisted in 1997 and served a tour in Iraq, Michelle has dedicated her life to serving others on the battlefield and in hospitals here at home. Like many who served in the Iraq War, she understands the demands of life-or-death decisions under the most intense conditions. Now, she’s bringing that same dedication, courage, and leadership to fight for the people of Texas.
Rooted in family and tradition, Michelle comes from generations of San Antonio residents who have called the region home. As a proud Hispanic woman, she is committed to uplifting the Latino community, ensuring every voice is heard, and fighting for the values that matter most to hardworking Texans. From supporting women and standing against government overreach to protecting the rights and benefits of our veterans, Michelle is focused on one mission: securing Texas’s future.
